Hotel a Ackworth

“You have to check in while driving in if not there by 9pm. They close but you don't find out until later. Then tv didn't work so had to call and switch rooms at 10pm at night.”

“Everything was fine. They was a bottle of water in the room. One bottle for the length of your stay (even if 2 or more people in the room). The young woman that works there first offered to sell us another bottle of water and I said no since we were going to the supermarket anyway which is a block away. She then gave us a bottle. It seems that the policy of just 1 regular bottle per stay is below the standard expected at a Hilton brand. Why annoy people over a bottle of water?”

“My stay was good except when I returned in the evening my door would not unlock. Had to wait for staff to come change the battery. Waited about 29 min in the hall and had to call the desk again, he did then come up right away.”

“Clean room and bathroom, help desk need to be more polite, take care custumers before her cigarette”

“just stay one night and everything was great”

“Great breakfast and dog friendly”

“Our room was clean, quiet, and staff was awesome. The price was very reasonable.”

“There is not one thing that detracts from how nice this place is and I've traveled a bit recently. The staff exceeded expectations.. we've gotten so used to people that clearly don't want to be at their job that the smiles, politeness and genuine interest in how our room was surprised us all. We were a big group and everyone in our group said the same thing about the staff. I would return just because of the staff. So, we were VERY HAPPY with the staff. The area around the hotel was clean and...

“I have stayed here 3 different times within the past year and it has always been a 10/10! I love the spacious rooms, it’s quiet, with easy access to my vehicle with multiple entry and exit points that are secure, safe, with well lit areas. The gym, workout center is excellent, providing cold water and towels. Such a n excellent stay! If I could live here for a year, I might just do that.”

“All fine. Nice and comfortable rooms”

“Great location and helpful staff.”

“No response from customer service when I requested for full refund due to the elevators are not operational. My wife has walking disability which very difficult for her to take the steps.”
