“Expected more from a Hilton property. Stayed here before and it was very nice. After an eight hour drive, a relaxing overnight was important. The bed was very uncomfortable and the lighting very poor. The clock time was wrong and was locked so it couldn’t be changed. A young child in the room above was running and jumping around starting at 3:30 a.m. Got up at seven; needed a good shower to prepare for the upcoming eight hour drive and shake off an uncomfortable night. Hardly any water...

“It was disgusting. Not sure the last time the floors or carpets were cleaned. Pillow were yellow and stained. My main door had no lock and it didnt fit the door frame. BAD, BAD, BAD experience.”

“Dimple front desk lady is very petty along with the manager from the get go makes people feel very unwelcomed I believe they can’t afford to treat people this way because they only had around 6 to 7 rooms being occupied do not recommend”

“There were food wrappers in my ice bucket, my kids found a half empty cigarette pack under a cushion, and the rooms were musty. The breakfast was meager, mostly breads, and there were literally two apples for fruit. No yogurts or anything either. Dont bother pre checking in because they still make you sign the physical paper and give your credit card when you get there. Also they inspect the rooms before you can check out, which is a pain ”
