“The hotel is a converted old National Guard armory building, and the conversion was done well. The outside has picturesque parapets and iron bar studded widows. The interior features a large hall that is used for catering events. The sides of the building interior is studded with guest rooms. The rooms are spacious with nice furniture and amenities. The large 3rd floor common rooms were decorated with quality vintage furniture, paintings and tasteful taxidermy. Easy walking distance to nice...

“When we arrived the hotel staff did not tell us the hotel was under construction. Additionally the elevator kept breaking down and almost trapped my husband in there at one point. Our room also had a smell and we slept with the outside door to the balcony open all night. The hotel definitely needs to be updated”
