“Convenient location”

“This place is not fancy, but the staff are friendly and helpful. It is showing signs of aging. It is relatively clean. The price was good, and the location was great for a Lake George getaway.”

“The rooms are small but clean. The shower needs to be replaced. The breakfast options were very limited. If the management can replace the shower heads in the bathroom and provide a better quality breakfast with more options, this could be a five star hotel.”

“We have stayed here several times before but we will not stay here again. We will choose another hotel on our next trip to Watertown. The hotel has declined in appearance and service. They have added breakfast to the amenities. The food was not on par with most hotels. Went out for breakfast on the second day. The hallways were very noisy and had a foul odor.”
