“Our stay served its purpose, we slept there. The property in general needs a deep clean, the water in the waterpark was not enticing and there is no separate pool/hottub that is available after the park closes at 8, not very convenient. The amount of dust on top of the chandeliers that are at eye level when you are on the 2nd floor was insane. The pull out bed mattress was barely a mattress, only accommodates one person who had to sleep in the fetal position to prevent them from falling through...

“We’ve stayed here many times and generally have a great stay. This stay, we opted to pay an additional $85 for a two hour late check out. From 11am- 1 pm, the front desk called to ask why we hadn’t left, we were interrupted by two different individuals on three occasions knocking on the door asking why we hadn’t left, then came back asking what time out late check out was. “Property was beautiful. Could have used grass cutting in the garden. There’s absolutely no cellular connection so just have offline maps downloaded that would be helpful. But location is absolutely beautiful”

“Beautiful setting and views, perfect venue for events. Personable staff were superb. The event dinners were excellent. Many activities are available. Cons: Room decor was tired. The food menu choices are limited. Breakfast buffet for $20 is the only choice and food was not good both days we ate there. Lunch was Ok. Suggest adding specials to menus.”
