“We found the hotel well situated, staff were helpful. The two problems we had were , first the TV suddenly went off while we were watching a program. We called reception and within 15 minutes the problem was resolved. The other item was , we were on the 5th floor and at the end of the hall, after 10 minutes we could not get any hot water for the shower.”

“Opposite Mirror Lake, in the heart of Lake Placid downtown, full of fun and enjoyable experiences with family and friends. 3 nights, 4 days over the weekend. Hospitable staff, king-and-queen like feeling. 4 pools and 15-min jaqquzzi, was all we needed while staying at High Peaks Resort.”

“Zimmer ok, aber teilweise echt nicht sauber. Pool gut gemacht, aber auch nicht sauber (5 Tage lag ein benutzten Pflaster rum) und teilweise abgenutzt. Frühstück auch sehr sparsam.und teilweise schmuddelig”

“Needs an upgrade and the staff were not friendly or helpful. They could careless if had any issues and said no manager was there to help me with a valid complaint. The beds were horrible too.”
