“I’d give this 4.5 if possible. Clean with friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and updated. Nice beds and shower. Nice tucked away location. Breakfast is minimal and “grab and go” style. It was a great one night stop on our road trip, and we hope to return. ”

“Physical staff not available. You have to speak with them over a computer and the Internet lags so it's an aggravating process. I spoke to 3 different staff members just to get checked in and then again to get room keys fixed because after 1 night our room keys didn't work anymore. Also, bare minimum amenities left in room for guest so if you find yourself staying here make sure you bring your own everything. Towels too because good look getting anyone to bring extras. ”

“Only booked this hotel because it was listed as VIP with Expedia but I have zero clue how this could be considered VIP. BEWARE! The room entrance is on the outside of the building and the building is in poor condition. The room itself was clean and comfortable but we didn’t feel safe in the facility or area. Should be listed on site that rooms are not indoors! No parking and area not lighted. Breakfast left much to be desired! I was also to receive a $10 food/beverage credit because it was VIP...
