“Physical staff not available. You have to speak with them over a computer and the Internet lags so it's an aggravating process. I spoke to 3 different staff members just to get checked in and then again to get room keys fixed because after 1 night our room keys didn't work anymore. Also, bare minimum amenities left in room for guest so if you find yourself staying here make sure you bring your own everything. Towels too because good look getting anyone to bring extras. ”

“The room was most definitely neglected. It was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like an ashtray. There were roaches every where. The ceilings were cracked and you could see outside. The smoke alarm was hanging out of the wall with no batteries and had exposed wires. I was beside myself. I ended up leaving as quick as I got there. ”

“Very clean and modern room. Shower height was perfect. I’m 6’5”. It’s not very often I go to a hotel that has a shower that fits. I appreciated that. ”

“Stayed overnight to break up a long drive. Clean and comfortable for a quick stay. Hot breakfast was good. Only issue was that the door to our room didn’t latch properly after returning to the room after breakfast, which I reported the issue to both housekeeping and the front desk. ”
