“Very clean and a very friendly and helpful staff!”

“I did not stay at Super 8. I was informed a double queen, non-smoking room I reserved well in advance was not available as the people who where in it choose to stay, therefore making my/a room unavailable. I was offered a king room and I said that was not possible, since specifying a double queen was needed. As I booked through Expedia, obtaining a refund from hotel was almost impossible as it was listed as non-refundable. I informed Expedia the situation about informing the hotel of being...

“Just be careful about getting a hotel a month in advance when there's a event yoy have to attend, i paid for a suite they gave me a standard, the manager said that they gave for a room that price was the price for today, so obviously they sold my room to someone else, very disappointed, one of the pull out couch was dirty, food was nice really kind cooker, me myself, i will never get a room from this location again, even the room phone wasn't working, just be careful for an advance stay”

“Room was not cleaned properly. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, in the shower, in the sheets. Staff was worrried about ordering their dinner instead of checking us in. We were told the hot tub would be up and running when we stayed. It was not open. There's only a washer and dryer on floor 2 and 3 so i had to keep going back and forth between the floors to do laundry. The breakfast was fully stocked but the cook bagged up trash with gloves on and went back to cooking the food...
