“The staff was amazing. We were running late, and I had questions. I texted them, and they responded immediately. They were so helpful and kind. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great place to stay.”

“Well we actually did not stay here because of what I feel were unsafe conditions. We checked in they gave us our room key card, went to the room and there was someone asleep in the room. They had given us a room someone was already in. I didn’t feel safe staying there after that happened so we requested a refund and left. Still have not received a refund”

“Rooms had been remodeled, but very poorly. The AC unit in the room was set at 68 but wouldn't stay running for more than a few minutes before shutting off. It would come back on soon, but not running like it should and never got cold in the room. The remote to the TV didn't have a back on it. No big deal, but the battery was slightly sticking out.
