“Im Canadian and this was my first time in astana. The cab ride to here at night was beautiful, I checked in around 2 am, and there was security and the check in was fast and simple, i slept like a baby, it was very quiet, clean, and very comfortable. For the price, I have zero complaints and am very happy. Id stay here again, I dont mind that its a bit old, it has character and there is lots of cheap food walking distance. ”

“Stayed at Versal hotel during my 3 say business trip to Astana. Since I had meetings at Ministries of Kazakhstan, location was just perfect. Very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel with excellent service. Would recommend for everybody on business trip to meet Officials in Ministrie of Kazakhstan”

“I stayed in the property for two days only and I liked its location. It was within walking distance from the centre and the cost was right for the convenience. The owner cared too much for the safety of the room and its furniture. There were messages with fees and the table was covered with oilcloth. The carpet was not clean enough. The property does not have a restaurant, so breakfast is not available even for extra payment. On the other hand, there are many restaurants around.”
