“Bed not typical of what I’m used to for Hampton Inn, microwave was very small. No fan in the bathroom, need an air freshener if that’s the case. Lighting a little lower than used to. Breakfast was subpar.”

“Place is clean.Parking costs additional $10 per day.Air conditioning unit very loud,place has small kitchen appliances,towels and bedsheets are ok.Pull out sleep sofa has original mattress with wholes in it,please do not count on sleeping on it!I made a complain about it and was told by the front desk that they are not intent to be comfortable and no one had complained about it before.Luckily,I booked though Expedia and they took care of my refund.”

“I was in town for a concert that my daughter was in at Duke University. I booked through Expedia. Nowhere on the hotel's website or in additional details on Expedia is it said that there will be an additional $100 fee for incidentals. I was not prepared to need that and although it caused a bit of frustration, the front desk person was great and understood my frustration. Once the payment was done, the only other complaint I had was that some of the towels were stained with coffee and the tub...

Quando ho chiesto di cambiare stanza mi hanno detto che io avevo prenotato una stanza “ vista piscina “. Ho fatto notare che vista piscina e’ diverso da una stanza a “ piano “ piscina.
