“Both Expedia and the hotel were awful customer service wise. My reservation was fully processed by the app, but the hotel said they couldn't find me in their system. After about an hour of asking for help by both avenues. I gave up and left for my event that we were now late for. I ended up having to find a totally different hotel at midnight.”

“There was nobody at the front desk to check us in. After a long day of traveling, we did not need to wait to get to our room. There was no housekeeping service even though we were staying 3 nights unless a special request was made. The tv did not work, and when we called for assistance nobody answered. There was no coffee at breakfast as well as waffle batter. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay there.”

“Thought it was kind of strange that an indoor pool was closed with the reason being seasonal. But due to unusually hot weather for April (90+), they did open it.”

“This is not our first visit to 21c museum hotel. Always greeted by every staff member with a smile and an offer to assist. Room was very clean and well stocked. We were there for a quick visit - a concert and dinner. Excellent location near DPAC and many restaurants.”
