“This hotel is adequate and seemed clean. There was minor damage but the room was useable. I would not recommend staying here as they have rooms located next to the elevator. The hallway noise was so loud even past 2 am. Our bed may as well have been located in the lobby. They charge 8 dollars per day for parking. “This is a nice hotel convenient to Duke and Durham. It has been renovated and the bathroom is very nice. It still is a bit tired in some areas, however. It was quiet. I would recommend this as a good value.”

“This was the absolute worst hotel on the universe.It would have been better to sleep outside.The bathroom was dirty.The bed had cigarette hose in it.The room smelled like cigarette.It was, uninhabitable, it was worse than that i called expedia immediately to get a refund and get another room.the company i reserved this hotel i called the the hotel, and they said that I had been there for an hour and they would not refund my money.I literally was there for thirty minutes.And during thirty minutes...

“The pool wasn’t even available and I’m pretty sure the room has bugs because I woke up to bites on me ”

“There was nobody at the front desk to check us in. After a long day of traveling, we did not need to wait to get to our room. There was no housekeeping service even though we were staying 3 nights unless a special request was made. The tv did not work, and when we called for assistance nobody answered. There was no coffee at breakfast as well as waffle batter. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay there.”

“Breakfast was great and warm. Pool was freezing cold with no hot tub. Room was clean but with the size of the room there was only one AC unit and it was not near any beds, so the room was hot and humid, even when the AC was turned as low as it would go. Didn’t sleep with a blanket, only sheets”

“We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed here for my daughter's dance event. It was so nice to stay on the property of the event. This area is so nice and there is so much to do. We were so surprised to find an art festival within walking distance and a farmer's market. The view from the room was great- we could see another festival take place. The breakfast was good and a reasonable price too. We will be back for sure. ”

“didn't get room requested due to "WHAT ?" - I'm a disabled VET and identified myself as so when i checked in . I have issues sleeping. requested upper room away from noise and pets odors and dander due to issues. However, was booked in room on 2nd floor in front of the atrium area noise and waffle irons beeping people talking each morning awaking us.
