“Well, when I checked, then I told him that water was coming up from the floor. They came and mopped it up but later on that day, they still water came from the floor again and it won’t no need for me to go say anything, but they told me they didn’t have no rooms available to move anything and I didn’t wanna wait 5 to 10 business days to get my money back but when I woke up that next morning, the whole floor was full of water”

The bell staff didn’t bother to offer help with my luggage nor open the door for me when I arrived. The room had a nice view but overall outdated and lacked what you’d normally...

I ALWAYS do a quick tear down of the room just to make sure I'm not going to bring back any little critters that have no place in my things! Everything was crisp white for linens and towels, and the rest of the room was clean & hard surfaces were sanitized! We had just driven 14½ hours straight through - stopping only for fuel and fast meal!! However, not knowing if we were going to be able to pull off...
