“ I checked in and after 30 min had to leave and find another place to stay, the bad smell in the room was terrible, the front desk tried to help me with a spray and it didn't work, i bought one spray didn't work either, not even a plastic cup in the room, dirty in a ver very bad condition, i can't understand why this place still opened and having guets coming over, this is unsane for expedia and for extended stay chain hotels, i'll appreaciate a reasonable answer to this maater”

“The pillows were terrible really need an upgrade. & they are now charging $10 to park in their parking lot. That’s RIDICULOUS. This isn’t a resort. ”

The main restaurant wasn’t anything special, the atmosphere was not what you would expect from the photos on their website and it felt more like a local diner. The service at the coffee bar was subpar. The front desk staff was fine but didn’t seem very professional. The bell staff didn’t bother to offer help with my luggage nor open the door for me when I arrived. The room had a nice view but overall outdated and lacked what you’d normally...

“We didn't stay in the room too much after our original crashout; However, I can say this... I ALWAYS do a quick tear down of the room just to make sure I'm not going to bring back any little critters that have no place in my things! Everything was crisp white for linens and towels, and the rest of the room was clean & hard surfaces were sanitized! We had just driven 14½ hours straight through - stopping only for fuel and fast meal!! However, not knowing if we were going to be able to pull off...
