Then she gave true Southern hospitality by assisting my mom out of the car, into her wheelchair and pushed her to our room while I handled bags. “Both Expedia and the hotel were awful customer service wise. My reservation was fully processed by the app, but the hotel said they couldn't find me in their system. After about an hour of asking for help by both avenues. I gave up and left for my event that we were now late for. I ended up having to find a totally different hotel at midnight.”

“This was the absolute worst hotel on the universe.It would have been better to sleep outside.The bathroom was dirty.The bed had cigarette hose in it.The room smelled like cigarette.It was, uninhabitable, it was worse than that i called expedia immediately to get a refund and get another room.the company i reserved this hotel i called the the hotel, and they said that I had been there for an hour and they would not refund my money.I literally was there for thirty minutes.And during thirty minutes...

“There was nobody at the front desk to check us in. After a long day of traveling, we did not need to wait to get to our room. There was no housekeeping service even though we were staying 3 nights unless a special request was made. The tv did not work, and when we called for assistance nobody answered. There was no coffee at breakfast as well as waffle batter. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay there.”

“Enjoyed the roof top but long wait times. I had to 2 free drink tickets but they weren’t given to me at check in so I never used them. My room had all the set up for coffee including a coffee pot but no coffee or creamer. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.”
