The hallway noise was so loud even past 2 am. Our bed may as well have been located in the lobby. They charge 8 dollars per day for parking. “This is a nice hotel convenient to Duke and Durham. It has been renovated and the bathroom is very nice. It still is a bit tired in some areas, however. It was quiet. I would recommend this as a good value.”

“Both Expedia and the hotel were awful customer service wise. My reservation was fully processed by the app, but the hotel said they couldn't find me in their system. After about an hour of asking for help by both avenues. I gave up and left for my event that we were now late for. I ended up having to find a totally different hotel at midnight.”

“There was nobody at the front desk to check us in. After a long day of traveling, we did not need to wait to get to our room. There was no housekeeping service even though we were staying 3 nights unless a special request was made. The tv did not work, and when we called for assistance nobody answered. There was no coffee at breakfast as well as waffle batter. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay there.”

“Thought it was kind of strange that an indoor pool was closed with the reason being seasonal. But due to unusually hot weather for April (90+), they did open it.”

“Staff was nice. Rooms were OK. Bathroom: The shower situation is terrible. The curtains for the shower don’t go down to the floor. There’s little to no barrier between the shower and bathroom floor so the water just goes wherever. Disgusting. Beds/ living space: was OK.
