“Hotel was absolutely beautiful. One issue: They put us in a room with no heat, Room 424. We had an handicap accessible room because we are both disabled. We called down to the front desk. The young lady was willing to move us across the hall at 421. She made sure the heat was working before she moved us, but it wasnt handicap accessible. ”

“Very clean and updated property. Easy on/off access from highway. Breakfast was better than average.”

“We stayed here for NYE/New Year's Day, and the front desk team was incredible. They were personable, energetic, responsive, and kind. The Suite is a great choice for a stay--it's spacious and perfectly situated in the hotel. What a great place to close out 2025 and ring in 2026!”

“This hotel is our favorite pet-friendly hotel in downtown Durham. During this last visit, I had inadvertently double booked myself a room directly with the hotel and on Expedia. The check-in host was so kind to cancel the room booked directly with the hotel without penalties. I certainly was not expecting that and figured I'd be paying for two rooms due to my oversight. Thank you 21c hotel. That made my day, and I will certainly return. ”

“Mi sono ritrovato una stanza tipo Motel dei film americani degli anni ‘60 e per di più’ a livello piscina e attaccati agli ombrelloni e sedia a sdraio. Quando ho chiesto di cambiare stanza mi hanno detto che io avevo prenotato una stanza “ vista piscina “. Ho fatto notare che vista piscina e’ diverso da una stanza a “ piano “ piscina. Per parlare con il manager ho atteso più’ di mezz’ora perché’ era….in bagno .. Inutile dire che non ho trovato alcuna volontà’ di risolvere la questione. Poi...
