“Check in was easy. Communication was easy. It's a quiet area, so probably no true concern for break ins, but only thing to suggest- the front door needs to be adjusted. The double door is nice, but the one side barely latches. Kitchen was well equipped with all needs. Small dorm fridge can be used. Extra blankets in closet and iron with board. Water pressure in the shower, and also sinks was pretty low. Heads up. Great location close to all amenities. Most we traveled for anything was 15 mins....

“Beautiful stay! We loved how secluded it is while still being in the midst of everything. We enjoyed meals on the back patio while watching the animals graze, long walks and quiet evenings. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay as well. We highly recommend for couples looking for a nice little getaway or if you’re in DFW for work and want some quiet away from the chaos. This is the spot! ”

“Great location for us. Stayed here with 3 kids and 2 adults. Plenty of space with comfortable beds. Magnolia Ave has a ton of options for places to eat within walking distance which we enjoyed. TCU and the Fort Worth Zoo are both within 15 min. Stockyards is maybe 20 min tops. With any big city you'll encounter a variety of people but never had any issues and felt completely safe walking around with our kids. The townhouse was decorated beautifully as well and was a cool place to stay. ”

“Initially the jetted tub looked clean. We filled up the tub and turned on the jets to see how it worked. All kinds of hair started appearing in the water. I’m not sure how these tubs work, but it seems that the hair came through the jets. It was disgusting and unsanitary, especially considering that the hair types were from all parts of the body. We never got in the tub because thankfully we noticed the hair first. When I notified the owner, they said they had pictures of what the tub looked...

“When we pulled up to the house on sunday the trash bins were overflowing with trash. The porch was covered with leaves. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We had three adults and three kids the house was supposed to have enough space for 8 people there was only three beds and an air mattress that refused to hold air. When i went to take a bath or shower the water was only luke warm. ”
