“The room was spotless and the staff was exceptionally nice!”

“Room was clean, the staff was courteous, the only complaint i had was minor, we were on the 18th floor, top floor, and there was an incessant hum coming from some machinery on the roof, maybe HVAC or something. It was a very low hum or vibration, so be aware if they put you on the top floor”
