Resort a Area sudoccidentale di Houston

“When we got there we were quickly welcomed at the lobby and given our room keys. As we got to the floor our room was on we noticed a lot of large trash bags in the hallway outside of the rooms. At least 4 large trash bags full of peoples trash just laid out in front of the doors which was weird. There was somewhat of unpleasant smell in the corridor as soon as we got out of the elevator. “The hotel is beautiful; looks new. Convenient location to Chinatown. The room is spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.”

“My telephone in the room didn’t work, the surge priotextor blew my coffee machine and after an hour still no one came for help. There are no apps or upgrades on the tv at all. I was upgraded due to cigarette smoking in the building but I was not overall impressed with the facility. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. ”

“La camera era molto comoda, carina e pulita, il personale molto gentile. Le condizioni di alcune parti dell’hotel però non erano esattamente come nelle foto (hall e sala colazione). I mobili (sedie ecc) erano rovinati. La cosa peggiore però dal mio punto di vista, è stata la mancanza di opzioni senza glutine a colazione. Sono celiaca, non mi aspetto di trovare tantissima scelta, ma trovo inaccettabile che nel 2025 un hotel non abbia neanche dei biscotti o delle merendine per eventuali ospiti...
