“We had a great stay at Dunes Village Resort! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the kids absolutely loved the indoor water park and pools. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and plenty to do nearby. The only minor issue was some initial confusion about accessing the parking garage, but once we figured it out, everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!”

Second, the hallways were dingy, the ice maker didnt work and my room door didnt close on its own. I had to force it closed. I called the front desk to get my room cleaned, the hotel next door answered and had to transfer me to my hotel I was staying in.
