“There were multiple stains in the room’s floor, mold in the corner of the bathtub, no soap or tissues in the bathroom (I was able to ask for soap and they gave me 2 bars) and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. While it didn’t smell like someone had directly smoked in the room, I could smell it in the room. I asked if the room beside mine (I was in 111) was a smoking room and was told yes. Must be coming in through the vents. Had to ask for WiFi and was given a code, and checkout was...

“Would not recommend, I booked a week in advance. Went to go check in, there was a sign on the door saying “not available till after 4”. We were heading back to get checked in and got an email stating we were cancelled. ”

“We really liked this hotel! It's bright, clean, good breakfast with large variety, and exceptional staff. It's not fancy but at this price, that's not the point. A bus load of students arrived when we did, which made us question how much sleep we'd get. We didn't hear a peep! We would definitely stay again!”

“Our room was very clean and refreshed each day. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was adequate with a variety of fresh food choices. The facility in general is clean and comfortable, but in need of some maintenance and refurbishing. The outdoor eating area is sorely in need of a power washing. Free shuttle to the Colonial Village is easily accessed from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”
