“I came up for business on an overnight trip. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The lobby was tastefully decorated, The desk clerk was pleasant and efficient The elevator was large Our room was very clean The beds were comfortable The shower was adequate Although breakfast was at 6 and we had to leave at 5:45, the tried to accomodate us by getting some bagels out for us. I would easily choose this hotel if I come back to Mountain Home. ”

“We love Eureka Springs and we were so excited to stay at the Basin Hotel. Every single staff member we interacted with were unbelievably kind and fun.
