“The property was very charming, property owner was very nice, however I was mislead by a few details from the pictures..There are ppl living next door and the run up and down the only driveway access, parking was not very good due to blocking their way in & out. The house was pretty clean for its age. The yard was very grown up, the only way in was through a set of steep stairs which was not mentioned, glad I didn't have anyone disabled with us. Some light bulbs did not work, the bathroom faucet...

“We enjoyed our stay here. Although the neighborhood was quite close together and was obviously an earlier development in the area, it was quiet and tranqill. The location was excellent. The patio house was remodeled and nice. The air conditioner really worked well. The beds were comfortable. All in all a good experience.”

“Great stay in a perfect location. Separate enough to feel like you have your own space, but you have easy walking access to anywhere in downtown Eureka Springs. I didn't have to use my car (which had super-convenient reserved parking) one time once I got settled. The studio's A/C worked wonderfully, and the space was spacious and cozy. Would definitely stay again!”
