“Location is 0.5 miles from Appalachian Trail. The air conditioning works well, warm shower and comfortable bed. The dinner next door is affordable with a great meal selection.”

“Our room was... Okay at best. Found another person's underwear behind a stool, shower curtain was stained and the shower itself looked grungy, outlets were falling out of the wall or couldn't hold a phone charger. Walls were paper thin, could hear the room next door clearing their throat. We come down to this area from NH once a year, and we wont stay here again.”

“room was clean when we arrived. There was no cleaning of room at all next day. Breakfast the hot food was cold and not much was offered. The front desk made excuse that they don't have enough staff to clean during the week.”
