Chalet a Auburn - Opelika

“Loved it”

“I like the outside seating area”

“The property location is good. There are several restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The suite provided great space for us. I enjoyed having a full size refrigerator and microwave available. We didn’t have daily housekeeping service which meant I had to ask for coffee packets to be replaced. On that day they took our towels but didn’t replace them. I had to request towels be delivered to the room. I did notice a housekeeper took frequent breaks in her car. Maybe that was why our room wasn’t...

“There was an awful odor in the lobby and hallway! It gave me a headache!!The room had big stains on the ceiling, the rug was dirty, light didn’t work, outlet in the wall was hanging. It wasn’t as it appears on the website at all. The bath tub was all scratched on the floor. I would never recommend staying there! Totally overpriced and I didn’t think I committed to that price and not one person cared to help in that matter. Never a manager around!!”

“Spacious room, clean and very good service. Appreciate the breakfast in the morning.”

“Outstanding staff. Friendly and helpful.”

“Excellent selections at breakfast each day.”

“Power was out only at the Quality Inn on 2 separate occasions for a total of around 6 hours.”

“Really pleased. Front desk found us a ride to Atlanta airport when our Uber never showed. Would’ve missed flight otherwise. Mid afternoon buffet snacks are a nice touch also.”
