“I regularly stay here while visiting family in Decatur. Rooms are clean and quiet, breakfast is appropriate, and my grandkids love the indoor pool option!”

“I am not sure why Expedia recommended this hotel. My stay was comfortable but nothing to write home about. The reception was cold and uninviting. The room was blah. The biggest turnoff was that there was no coffee to make in the room. The breakfast was bland and unappealing. I would think twice before staying here again.”

“This motel stinks like cleaning supplies and cigarettes staff is okay not rude probably the only bright spot and the rooms were dirty found a lot of hair in my bed and sadly some stains on my sheets do not recommend to stay here find better options ”

“The outside conditions of the property needs attention especially the pool area. Last night parking was very limited due to some trucks and trailers were not parked over in the trailer parking area. However the rooms were clean and the staff were very kind and helpful.”

“The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The cleanliness was concerning though. The bathroom had hair and dirt in the sink and shower, with a used washcloth thrown in the corner. The fridge was always off. You have to push a button to turn it on, but it only stays active for two hours then goes off again. I don't know if it was just my room, by the walls are "thin". You could hear people showering and talking next door and walking around from the floor above. Staff was super friendly...

“Our experience at the Greystone Inn in Bridgeport, Texas. could not have been much worse. We checked in on the evening of March 21, 2026 and were asleep when my wife was awakened about 5:30 am on March 22, 2026 . We turned on a light and she had bed bugs on her as well as numerous bed bug bites. We stayed in the room until check out time when I went to the office to discuss the matter. Before going to the office, two employees acknowledged that the vermin were bed bugs. At the office, I was told...
