“First of all they advertise outside pool.the pool was non operational and the cover was off with nasty standing water.They also advertise fire pits.They had one area with some chairs around it but not in use.our room needed repairs examples bathroom door knob nearly falling off,blind won't raise .The major thing was bathroom ceiling leaking water from room above us. Pictures on line are not what you see.”

“Our family had a wonderful stay at Hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, and stepping out of our door each morning to sweeping mountain views was an absolute dream! We also enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning before heading to RMNP, as well as the free s'mores and popcorn in the lobby each evening. “Very janky elevator, cannot use stairwells to get to hotel level which I learned the hard way by getting stuck and having to go down to the ground level and exit. Toilet clogged upon arrival.”
