“My wife and I stayed one night at Expedition Lodge for our anniversary and had a wonderful experience. The building has an older charm but is well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was excellent — one of my top priorities when traveling. The mattress was firm yet soft, with no sagging or worn spots. Breakfast was different from what I’m used to but pleasantly surprising. I usually expect bacon, eggs, and biscuits and gravy, but this lodge offered creative local options...
