“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio .
Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

L'aria condizionate era rumorosissima e non si poteva spegnere per il troppo caldo.
Alla mattina non ti possono offrire niente piu di un caffe a pagamento.

“The staff was always polite, friendly , respectful and ready to help. The property was beautiful but unfortunately for us the beach was not in good condition due to the large amount of seaweed on the beach and in the ocean. If the beach had been accessible it would have been a perfect vacation. ”

“El hotel necesita de un buen mantenimiento. Las partes comunes no estan muy limpias tampoco.
El piso donde hay la reception es el segundo.
El parqueo esta' a 300 mts no es un problemaso pero cuandos tienes maletas tampoco es muy comodo.
En el momento que te dan la targueta para salir del parque tienes que firmar un papel que en el caso te olvides de devolverla ellos tienen el derecho de cobrarte 50 Dolares... 50. No se tratan asi los clientes.”

Dopo tre reclami mi hanno cambiato la stanza ma erano passati 4 giorni. Purtroppo non si possono allegare foto . La colazione orribile solo prodotti imbustati niente di fresco. ”
