“We stayed at The Soundry for one night. The property itself was nice, but there were a few frustrating issues.
The biggest problem was check-in. We never received the email with our room number or the security code. After standing outside in the heat with all of our luggage, we had to call for assistance. The person on the phone kept insisting the email had been sent, but we never received it. Eventually, they texted us the information so we could get inside. While we were waiting, another...

“I’m not one to ever leave a review unless it’s worth leaving, but I had this hotel booked for a 4 night stay in Nashville close(ish) to Broadway.
We arrived in the evening to our hotel room and as we opened the door, the first impression was very modern and clean looking. But I assure it was not. We stepped foot in the room and we found crumbs all over the floor, hair, stained bed sheets, stains on the furniture that were “new”….
We called down to the desk and told them about the state...
