“We did not know what to expect from this hotel but were very surprised by the cool vibe of the hotel. We knew we had arrived due to the big plane in the front of the property, with a Q on the tail. The front desk greeted us, looked up our reservation and offered to show us some other rooms. Some of the rooms have unusual jacuzzi/hot tubs and the one we reserved had an old copper cheese boiler about 4 feet deep. Very cool, but we are both handicapped and there was no way we could get in and out...

“Io was greeted by staff, very friendly....room was clean and fresh, I slept very well. Continental breakfast was great. I used the Jacuzzi and pool, relaxing after. I would definitely stay there again. 🏆👍”

“Staff were all very helpful, proving me with utensils when our delivery order didn't provide them, and allowed me to stay an extra hour after check out. Granted it was a Tuesday, and not a weekend, so I am not sure that option is always available. Rooms a little aged, and needed a little more lighting. I used the fitness room, but there was no cleaning supplies for when done. I left a mat out to show it was used to see if it would be cleaned and put away, and it was still out the following day....

“Room was clean and comfortable but a bit Spartan. Shower, AC, refrigerator, microwave worked fine. Lighting was depressingly dim and inadequate. Wi-Fi was worse than inadequate, painfully slow and kept cutting out. I stayed 3 nights but the fourth night I had a zoom meeting so I bailed and moved to a different motel down the road.”

“Great stay near Madison! The hotel is in a quiet, mostly business area so traffic was very light and it was quiet. Check in was easy and the front desk staff were pleasant. The room itself was a bit outdated but it was large, clean and the bed was comfy. It's close to several restaurants and a nice outdoor shopping area with some lovely retail stores. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“Only stayed here for a few hours to sleep. Stayed during an extreme heat warning. There was no AC in the room. It stayed above 80 degrees the whole night. We profusely sweated. Could not wait to leave the next morning. Aside from the lack of AC and the strong odor in the hotel, it was OK, I guess. Fine for a cheap one night stay. Would not have made it longer than that.”

“Property was fine! I stayed for work, was quiet. Continental breakfast was okay, not a lot of options, but got my day going. The AC in my room was working its butt off, but the room was humid and musty despite my cooling efforts. Staff was pleasant and helpful all around. Bed was very comfortable. Shower had good pressure. No room service/housekeeping, which I was informed of at check in, and thank goodness because I was able to anticipate my needs and restock toilet paper as needed.”

“Perfectly acceptable place, but the staff needs to learn to recognize a do not disturb sign. Also, a chain would be nice. Staff randomly opened my door without even a knock while the dnd sign was up.”

“Bed was uncomfortable, almost would have been better to sleep on the floor. I found a dead moth on my bed spread, the toilet wasn’t even bolted to the floor in my room. Breakfast was ok at best, sausage was barely warm along with the sausage gravy. The hallway had a musty smell as well. Overall I was pretty disappointed with my stay”

“I loved the place and the town. The bed was very comfortable, and the tub was fun. What I liked the best was the house. There was so much to read and look at. I wish I had booked more nights. I will definitely stay again!”
