“Breakfast was actually good. Pool area had no towels our whole stay. They do not use trash bags? It just seems understaff to me”

“Everything was wonderful. Clean rms, clean everywhere inside and out. Smelled good too!! The breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the bathroom mirror was so high I could only see the top of my head. Granted I am only 4'10 but if the mirror was just four inches lower it would have been better. But I was able to use the other mirrors in the rm to get myself ready for the day so it was only a minor inconvenience. Highly recommend this hotel...

“Front desk check in was awful my debit card was charged for the total room instead for the incidental fee of $20.00 I tried several times trying to receive my refund in the amount of $105.67 my bank account was charged. I called Marriott customer service stated I would be receiving my refund on February 29th (no 29th in this month) tried to speak with the manager “Crystal” so rude over talked me said it was a problem between me and my bank. As of this date 04-07-2026 not received my refund....

“Our room was missing tissues, fresh soap packets and the toilet paper was half full. There wasn't a microwave to warm up coffee and we couldnt find an ice machine. Parking was convenient and well lit.”

“Nice property. Friendly staff. Breakfast was OK although meat options were unclear (as in we weren't sure what the meat was). Bed was comfortable. TV was a bit of a pain to operate but picture quality was excellent. Biggest complaint was the ridiculous operating system for the shower. “Old without repairs in room, nasty stains on chair in room, no hair dryer in room, evening staff person unfriendly, no breakfast included, no freezer in mini fridge. Bed was comfortable. ”

“I’m a little confused on how this hotel got the ratings that it did… the neighborhood is very sketchy. Men in the parking lot jamming out, homeless population right outside the hotel, etc… I (woman) was traveling alone and felt very unsafe. Would not stay again. Carpets were stained and sticky feeling, AC didn’t work in the first room I was out in. Hotel is old and did not feel very clean. Very disappointed, being that the reviews I saw were pretty good…really not sure how it got such high...

“Very nice breakfast (eggs, waffles, bacon, cereal, bagels, coffee, juice). Nice work out room with free weights and the pool was heated to 98 degrees.”

“Breakfast was good, Eggs, Bacon & Sausage & Biscuits and waffles along with the usually stuff. The price for the room was excellent. I really liked that they had a bar and Pizza and a limited menu open until 10:00 since we arrived at 9:00 and could still get something to eat. The Bartender was very nice.”

“Parking was easy and secure. We missed having breakfast. At the present time, proprietors are only able to provide coffee & recommended a local bakery where we purchased delicious scones. I would advise older adults with mobility issues to try to book carriage as Eliza room and other rooms in house required climbing long staircase. Fortunately Ben, one of proprietors, offer to carry our luggage. Overall it was a positive experience. ”

“Love the staff!!!! really helpful we were there for vacation and ours stayed was good!! Everything was close maybe needs a little update on the room but other than that everything is good!!!!”
