“In the heart of restaurants and shopping. They were upgrading the WiFi service when we were there, but very little disturbance to the guests. We left a day early, due to the impending weather. Did not ask for a refund. Hope they will do something?”

“This is my second time staying at this property and both times we had a great experience. While the decor in the units is a bit outdated, they are spacious, clean and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. They amenities and common areas (pool, playground, tennis courts) are all accessible and clean. Very family friendly and close to everything! ”

“My only "awful" complaint was the lack of a coffee maker. Very hard on this old girl!! And it rained and we cut our trip short with no refund.”

“Have stayed at this property for a number of years. Always consistent quality, hospitality, and amenities. Very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg. “We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed.
