“Pros: the location is fantastic. Cons: the sofa bed should be condemned - its not fit for use, I pulled the mattress onto the floor on the second night. The whole place needs a little attention - simple stuff like batteries in the tv remote, a tv that connects to the web, air con unit and fans need filters changing and cleaning, a blind in the kitchen for privacy and keeping the sun out. Simple stuff which for the money you shouldn't have to ask.”

“Beautiful hotel, comfortable & clean rooms and excellent lounge service, with smooth check-in and check-out. Service and child friendly areas lacking, and small details like reception not picking up the phone, unresponsive room service, niece being given food with allergen when stated clearly before. For a hotel of this standard and price, much greater care is needed, particularly with food allergies.”

“Location is perfect. Under the Doormat super responsive and made check/ in etc super easy. The receptionist who was present during the daytime hours was very nice and helpful. Apartment is relatively spacious for a 1 bedroom with high ceilings and old London charm. The layout is a bit strange however; refrigerator adjacent to the kitchen in the living room and the bathroom sink can only be accessed when the bathroom door is closed. Everything was clean and linens brand new. Heat/ hot water...

“We messaged this property management team from the plane when we learned of the Heathrow fire, informing them we simply could not get to London from CA. As soon as we were told our flight was cancelled, we asked for alternative options. The responses we received were automated, impersonal, and didn’t address our concerns. The company refused to offer a credit, a portion of the payment back, or any other type of compensation for a situation that was beyond our control. We continued to pursue...
