“My husband and I typically lodge at this property when we’re in the area. It’s located near the airport, eateries of all kinds (Olive Garden is just a few steps away from the hotel.), shopping centers, and I-64 (towards Richmond and Virginia Beach, either direction). We always feel safe on the property and in our room. Breakfast is continental and nothing to rave about. Parking can be a hassle, especially in the evenings and on weekends. “Even though this is an older property, the room was clean and well suited for our needs. The price was excellent and worked especially well since we were looking for a place that was simple, mainly a place to rest and sleep at night. It is close to downtown Williamsburg and near to restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We would stay here again”

“The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was closed. Breakfast during the week was very disappointing (only oat milk for coffee, only turkey sausage, no waffles). But Saturday and Sunday the breakfast buffet was very well stacked.”

“I am not sure what happened with the Bathroom but when we left & came back to the room from a day at Busch Gardens, the bathroom floor was flooded 😳...not sure where the water came from but we got it up best we could..other than that, the room was clean..we stayed 6 nights with 3 kids..room was reasonable for that amount of time..I would stay here again!! Staff was cool..our 1st time visiting Virginia & it was pleasant”

“The room was clean and most of the staff was very nice. It was a little noisy but sometimes you just have that in a busy hotel on a holiday weekend. They charged an refundable $100 fee for incidentals. Haven't received my refund yet. Hopefully this week.”

“My brother was in room 304 handicap room , with his wife, no place in the bathroom to plug in the hair blower. I was in 303, put awake up call for 5 am. No phone call, thank god I set my phone. Breakfast was ok, but the sausage was so burnt it was had to cut it with a knife.”

I had to wait about 5-10 minutes for someone to come check me in No one bothered to provide additional info-about the restaurant, where the elevator was or how to access snacks. Water was cut off for a bit just at the time I was getting ready to go out. In the morning I couldn't take a shower-for some reason the water wouldn't turn on. When I checked out no questions about how was your stay, do you need anything. Again no comment about...
