“check in was easy as pie. i just said my name and the staff let me on through. room was spotless, clean, and luxurious. thanks so much.”

“The place was very hollow you could hear every door slam you could hear conversations from other rooms. When we went into our place neither one of the or shall I say it three of the room phones? Did not work at all there's not a 24-hour staff to take late night calls people have questions or concerns or missing something from there room. there was some mold on top of the ceiling in the middle of the living room and room 18A! Did not get to experience the pool or hot tub just didn't have time...

“We had a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom room with a kitchenette and full size refrigerator. We had a 70-lbs dog with us. We were all very comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Plenty of space to walk dog outside. The staff were super nice and friendly and constantly checked in on us. ”

“Room was excellent. Location was easily walkable to all Colonial Williamsburg sites. Breakfast--We ordered from the menu. Eggs were undercooked and pancakes just okay. Coffee was good. Staff was cordial.”

“The bedroom area was neat and clean. The bathroom/shower area was exceptionally clean every day. Bar tender was friendly.”

“Room was clean, and spacious. Shower was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was good, didn't have any amenities for coffee making i.e. filters, coffee for the first morning. Didn't rank the pool, because we didn't use it. ”
