It’s a new hotel so everything is immaculate, the room was beautiful, the beds are extremely comfortable, the bathroom shower was great! “Perfect place to stay.”

“The hotel itself was a nice experience. However, I was off put by lack of parking. It’s located on a busy street, the only attached garages are meant for residents in the apartments, meaning you have to valet. Not ideal for everyone. Also charging $200 for incidentals up front seemed odd. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and have always simply needed to have a card on file to be charged in case of. Not charged upfront. It’s not ideal being out an extra $200 while traveling but okay.”

If had a critique it would be on the booking confirmation process. We didn’t get the room and access info until after 4pm on the day of check in. Night time valet, only one man working and the security guard, not dressed like a security guard, asked for keys, said he’d give them to the valet and I could go up to my room!
