“First time visiting Amelia Island and found this very economical place to stay. Wonderfully unique place to stay about 1 block walk to the beach. The bed was a little small for 2 so I used the sofa bed- comfortable enough. Owners try to keep the place very clean and eco-friendly. ”

“Very affordable. Kind and helpful staff. Room was perfect, the space was shut right, the pull out sofa was the perfect size for the girls and the kitchenette area was great for storing items and spreading items out for girls to choose snacks. We enjoyed the different landscapes for each of the cottages. It was comical running into an armadillo. The only negative was the parking. There needs to be a car limit and maybe a pass to show you belong at the property. There were a few times we were...

“Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad.”

“The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. We loved seating on the big wraparound porch. The beds were comfortable and there is so much natural light pouring into the house. Super close to the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Absolutely would stay here again.”
