“At the point of check in we were informed that we were not going to be on the 6th floor Villa that I was told that was assigned to us only 2 days before arrival. That was very disappointing to start a trip that way. Also stated there would be a blender in the room since it was pertaining to a health related issue. The blender was delivered late that night in all fairness. We had 2 instances of having to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle as well.”

“House was cute and well maintained. Reasonably stocked - although plastic cups, dishes and plates would be great with kids and the pool. The pool was great to swim in. We misunderstood/didn't read further to know the hot tub would not be able to heat, but it was so hot that we didn't need it even at night.Overall we had a wonderful stay and thank the host for letting us check in slightly early.”

“This was a great property with a quick easy walk to the beach and close to a plethora of food and shopping options. Every facet of the stay met our expectations, and we were particularly happy with the beach equipment available for guest use; wagon, umbrellas, toys and towels were readily available. Our two young children did great here, with the proximity to the beach probably being the biggest win. Beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was in the kitchen. "This place made our holiday! How they made up the building is amazing!! The rooms so comfortable, even the standard ones; and, most important, clean! Thanks to all the housekeeping staff! The pool: a truly lovely one!! Reception so sympathetic: thank you! The view from the lobby, beautiful. Car park service. Coffee shop and restaurant. Gym and laundry. Cannot find a defect: the staff at the restaurant sometimes confused, but they are young girls and boys so i wish them a good job! Thanks everybody! It was sad we had to leave...."
