“When I booked on line it never said that they were under construction and breakfast would not be available for now. When I first walked into the room 134 it smelled like smoke. This was a non smoking room. The room was not cleaned thoroughly either. The floor was dirty and still had dog hair, bugs and footprints on it. “This hotel offers so much with your stay, and I would absolutely reserve here again. The staff was amazing — so polite, accommodating, and welcoming. The hospitality was honestly top-tier, and other hotels could definitely take pointers from this place on how to treat guests. “Easy and fast! Clean rooms and walkable to get a bite to eat!”

“No cups in room and coffee was not appropriate for the machine. Night table lights and plugins did not work. Bugs on floor and carpet. Lots of debris. one person on staff at the most. Staff was irritated at best. We won’t be staying there or recommending. We stayed at several other hotels at this price range and they all exceeded our expectations.”
