“The smell of urine was in the room upon arrival. We dropped our stuff and headed out to a concert right away, we were running late. We contacted Expedia when we got back to our room, they said contact the property. Expedia also tried to contact the Motel several times, and no one answered the phone after several attempts. I never got a refund for my second night's stay. After arriving home and contacting the motel they stated I did not drop off my key and check out until after 11am. THAT IS A...

“The room was clean and comfortable. There seemed to be a construction project going on at the main building, but it didn't affect us at all. Breakfast was simple fare and freshly made.”

“Did you ever want to experience what it would be like to stay at a bed in breakfast? Well this is the place to go! So quaint and cute! Located right in the heart of the town of Montgomery. Plenty of things to walk to and see in the area. Brianna the manager was wonderful. Very helpful and informative. The breakfast choices were delicious. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”

“Great place to stay. I expected a lot less. The room was small but the bathroom was roomy. The check in was easy and the woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The price was a bit high but Saturday in Milford, it’s not herd to understand. The room was very clean and the property is well kept. The owners take pride in their motel. Glad I stayed.”

“We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman....

“Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“One of the worst experiences with hotel services. Our room was falling apart. The toilet was almost broken and uneven.
