“Good: It was very clean & I had a very restful stay. The rate was very affordable, and I felt safe. Bad: There weren’t enough towels in the room, and it felt like an oven when we got to our room. But fortunately the a/c eventually cooled the room to a comfy temp. For the money, it was fine. It served the purpose, but I wouldn’t want to stay there more than 1 night.”

“We stayed five nights and over that entire time, they never provided any housekeeping. We even asked them for housekeeping (new towels and etc) and they still didn’t do it. Overall, very disappointing service.”

“Front desk female was slow but helpful, when my college age daughters checked in later as planned the male at the front desk male couldn't be bothered to give them a key said ``go knock on her door``. Coffee is pretty bad, would prefer to not have breakfast is the cost could be lower. When we got up about 7 am, our one key no longer worked. Beds were fine, it was a very affordable price at convenient location McDonalds, Taco John's , Walmart, Menards, Aldi, Goodwill and Savers! Would stay...

“Clean rooms and nice breakfast”

“The property isn’t as described as it is. There’s no pool, no breakfast or coffee regularly. I have only seen one person who made coffee! I have a little white dog who can barely walk due to health conditions. The manager claimed that she was out running the halls but yet can’t really walk. I don’t know how she would get the door open! Poor management, drunk and swearing a lot. If you can afford extra money for a different hotel I would recommend it!”

“Our meet and greet was great! And the place is a very nice looking Mansion. But entering the room it was hot to both of us. We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off. We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full. Unfortunately...
