“The room was not cleaned before we checked in. Sheets were dirty and there was hair all over the pillows. Carpets were filthy and very stained. ”

“Enjoyed our stay at the Isle Casino Waterloo. Hottub and pool were very nice. Great location and next to Lost Island waterpark and roller coaster rides. Casino play was OK, but not very exciting. Part of Caesar Casinos. Overall, would stay again on my next visit.”

“Are room was a king sized bed and a pull out couch. The arrangement was different and the day/night was really hot. The air conditioner could not keep the room with the couch cool. The picture that was on the wall in the bathroom was off and the hardware was still on the wall. The refrigerator in the breakfast room was defrosting and there was water all over the counter. The cereal was soggy and some of the sausage was extremely overcooked.”

“We had a king room and it was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. There was a little league baseball team there, but we never heard the kids. So rooms stayed quiet. Spacious & clean bathroom, too. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This place is in a convenient location on the west side of town. You can walk to restaurants. However, this motel was very dirty—stained hallway carpeting, faint smell of cigarette smoke, people were loud at night. The room itself was pretty clean. Water pressure not so good. Doubt I’ll stay here again.”

“The charm and comfort was outstanding! This was central to our visit over Waterloo. Lots of walking distance dining options. Rooms were very comfortable, and breakfast was both a delight and delicious. The hosts were generous and accommodating. We cannot wait to stay again.”

“Room wasn’t ready & check in. We had to ask 3x for towels, lights didn’t work over vanity. Roach present in bathroom. Upon checkout staff tried to charge me extra when the balance had been paid in full upon check in. She was rude and argumentative.”

“This is an older property, it was okay, parking is across the street, so kind of inconvenient. We just needed a place to sleep while traveling through, it worked for our needs.”

“Upon check in, we were told right away that one set of elevators weren’t working and the pool was closed. Once we got to our suite, we did not have the extra bedding for the sofa bed. Called down and told them, they said they’d bring it up. Called about 10 min later to also ask for more towels, was told it would be awhile. They never brought it up. When we went down to the desk, there were several others asking for towels and the one we got was the only one we’d get as the woman working said “...
