“Clean room people are super nice”

“Overall, the stay was generally okay, but there were two notable issues. First, the floor had some grime, which is somewhat typical for a motel room but still noticeable. Second, the plumbing seems inactive for a while because when first turning on the shower or faucet, or after flushing the toilet, the water initially runs yellow-brown. Fortunately, it clears up and runs clean in less than a minute.”

“We arrived last night at around 8 seemed ok then this morning we woke up to our room with 1 in of water on the floor, mind you we were on the 3rd floor. Front desk told us to call customer service. In all my years of renting hotels this has to be the worst experience I have ever experienced. Im calling customer service foe a refund. This was unacceptable at all levels.”

“The bathroom was dirty unpin arrival but the nice ,helpful,and thoughtful men at the front counter(he had dreads) came and refresh the bathroom so we can at less use it.I really appreciate him doing that.The next day I called front desk trying to explain the situation because he told me to request room services for a complete cleaning of the restroom.As I was explaining the lady on the phone didn’t even let me finish and just interrupt me.I thought that was rude of her.The room services came she...

“No hot water, roof was leaking at breakfast, and the breakfast was undesirable. The only thing available was bread and fruit.”

“You get what you pay for. It's an old place, but evening worked.”

“Checking was a bit complicated, my reservation was showing up in Expedia but not on the Hotel website. Whole process took about 35-45 mins to get it corrected and checked in. Front desk person was very nice in trying to figure out what was going on, he kept me informed over the whole process.”
