You were left feeling like you were visiting family (in the all the best ways). The food was utterly superb. Nothing was pretentious, it was good portions and so flavourful. I really really can't remember when I last had a meal that good! The atmosphere overall was bubbling and warm. Everyone around me all seemed to be having a really positive experience...

“On arrival at the Hawk Inn I was greeted in a very polite and friendly manner. Booking in was extremely simple, I love the express booking in before arrival. My room was lovely, clean, warm and comfortable. Nice touches such as mini fridge for drinking water and some fresh milk instead of little milk jiggers. “Lovely stay in one of the smaller, cosy doubles. Room nicely decorated and the whole pub had a really nice, cosy vibe. Food was great, always such a wide menu with large portions. Good ale and wine selection too. ”
