“The room and property were rundown and dirty. The fridge in our room didn’t work so we lost about $50 worth of food. Horrible experience. ”

“Beds were decent. No longer offer free breakfast which in my opinion is a huge downfall, especially when traveling with children. Due to that fact alone we will no longer book there!”

“I'm not sure why this is considered a resort. It's basically a nice hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool, a restaurant and that's about it. A lot of conference rooms etc. The indoor pool (nice) was on the other side of the hotel. Everyone had to walk back and forth across the lobby to get to the indoor pool... in their bathing suits... in front of everyone, when there are conferences going on. (imagine after being in the pool walking across in wet bathing suits and towels... pretty...

“Breakfast was cold cereal and coffee was not good. No eggs bacon sausage or yogurt. Plain bagels with no cream cheese.”
