“Travelled with my husband and two toddlers (1 and 2.5 year old) and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and beds were so comfortable. Loved the big open area and the kids enjoyed running around. We loved the farm animals! My kids were obsessed! Definitely will come back so we can do more activities at the resort when they’re older.”

“Harrigans Hotel was fantastic! Great room, great location and easy to work your day around. The pub meals were well done. Unfortunately, reception at Mercure to collect key and when speaking on the phone to Amarn, my experience was not good. Abrupt, short and could not explain why the situation occured.”

Mattresses were the real cheap - old spring type and we could feel every spring. The main bedroom - I couldn't use because there was no power near the beds, so I had to sleep in a single bed to be near a power point. “On arrival there was no visible reception, which was surprising given how busy the weekend was. It was very confusing to find our accommodation and we had to call multiple times before anyone answered. The room provided was not the one we booked, and the property looked very run-down. Perhaps new owners but they certainly weren’t very helpful.
