“The bathroom was dirty unpin arrival but the nice ,helpful,and thoughtful men at the front counter(he had dreads) came and refresh the bathroom so we can at less use it.I really appreciate him doing that.The next day I called front desk trying to explain the situation because he told me to request room services for a complete cleaning of the restroom.As I was explaining the lady on the phone didn’t even let me finish and just interrupt me.I thought that was rude of her.The room services came she...

“The hotel was very nice and a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast and the staff in the area was very sweet and made sure everything was refilled. The propery was very well maintained. We will stay again when visiting family in Hempstead. .”
