“We had another great stay at The Cook. It is so convenient for visiting our daughter on the LSU campus. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. We absolutely love the LSU store across from the main desk. It is a hidden gem for LSU fans. The gentleman who worked there was also extremely kind and helpful. We would recommend staying at The Cook if you’re ever in the area. ”

“If you love moldy, humid environments that make you smell strongly of **smoke** upon opening the door, then this is for you. Visible mold, not clean and run down. 0/10. Walked in then walked out. Location is also in a terrible neighborhood, so your vehicle isn’t safe.”

“Our room had no smoke detector. The bed covers had cigarette burns on it. The sheets had stains on them. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The towel rack was rusty. A room on the 3rd floor was boarded up! Very sketchy hotel.”
