“Clean room, easy pet fees, great bed”

“The check in was smooth but when we got to the room they had dead roaches on the floor, a roach on the bathroom and the tv didn’t work was told I had to wait until the manager come the next morning very unacceptable. Was offered a different room are anything. Will not be staying here again”

“The first night out TV did not work. We went to the front desk to let the clerk know that I will television didn't work she tried her best to come in the room and make it work but the maintenance man did not come until 1: 00p.m the Saturday.”

Very confusing to navigate initially. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Only a single small elevator to get to rooms so proved to be inconvenient when trying to leave hotel with baggage; only room enough for one or two guests with baggage.
