“Hotel in ottima posizione, vicino alle partenze delle navi per la barriera corallina ed alla zona centrale. Ottima stanza, comoda e pulita. L'orario di apertura della reception dovrebbe essere più lungo. Non si hanno molte possibilità di chiedere informazioni se se ne ha bisogno.”

Camera complessivamente confortevole anche se bisognosa di qualche intervento di rinnovo e soprattutto di maggiore pulizia.
Il primo giorno non ė stato effettuato il riassetto della camera.
Colazione discreta in un un contesto migliorabile in termini di organizzazione del spazi e di ordine. Non ci ritorneremmo.”

“Posizione comoda, a 10 minuti a piedi dall’Esplanade. Parcheggio gratuito e facile su strada di fronte all’albergo. Camera ampia e confortevole. Bagno comodo e pulito.
Piccola piscina nel cortile interno.
Struttura un po’ datata, arredamento basilare.
Non c’è l’ascensore, quindi è un po’ scomodo portare le valigie se ci si trova ai piani superiori.
L’entrata notturna con badge magnetico (la reception chiude alle 21.30) è abbastanza brutta, in mezzo ai carrelli della biancheria sporca.”

Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic.”

“The hotel is located a bit far (20-25 min walk) from the Esplande, lagoon and harbour. However, the room we were given was big, clean, quiet, comfortable and it provided all the amenities we needed.
We highly appreciated their understanding and effort to check us in earlier than scheduled. We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning (6 am) after a 7 hour flight and we were checked in at 11am instead of 3pm.
The pool is very small, it's more for refreshing and relaxing oneself and not at...
