“Love staying at this location”

“The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They had fresh cookies at the front desk at check-in and check-out. The desk agents were very knowledgeable about the state finals we were in town for. And I forgot my pillow when I checked out, but my son was still down there with his team, and they were very accommodating to make sure the pillow was available for him to pick up at the front desk. “Checking went without any issues, Staff was nice. The room was satisfactory, clean and ready. nice to have a mini fridge for leftovers from dinner, but unfortunately the microwave did not work. Thankfully the AC worked. We checked in late and only stayed for one night, so it was fine. We didn't even turn on the TV to see if it worked LOL, (too tired). “Rooms are fine, brekfast is very basic”

“The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected.”

“Our carpet outside the bathroom had a large wet area. Even after a fan all day, it wasn’t dry. They offered to change rooms, but ours was an accessible one, w/roll-in shower-not available., and an elevator down. Then one of our TV’s didn’t work- had to have someone repair it. Breakfast was very limited and minimal, and one day my knife still had dried egg on it.”
