Hotel con animali ammessi a Cancún

“I made the reservation assuming it was an all inclusive resort. The property was clean but it didn’t have all that I would expect for an all inclusive. I had to pay for room service! That’s unacceptable. There were only two restaurants open each night. Some of the food was edible but not something I’d want to have ever again. The waiters were not courteous or helpful. At two separate nights, some parts of our food was never brought to us. The cafe only offered pizza and sandwiches after 5pm....

“The room, restaurants and entertainment was great. The only thing that was okay were the reusable cups. Sometimes when it got really busy, it didn't seem that the cups were properly washed .”
