“The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and the ocean front room was the best view I’ve ever had. Staff were friendly and helpful, however, the food was extremely mediocre and not very appetizing. It was a laid-back atmosphere which was what we were looking for. Hotel and staff were well above average but just didn’t care for the food at all. I would like to give a shout out to Dulce at the Wink Lobby Bar! She was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased.”

“Food excellent. Service great. Pool could use cleaning. Activities bland. Dj music was not modern or in style. Beach shuttle took too long. Chairs and seating area need cleaning and upkeeping. Rooms had paper thin walls. Heard everything. Didn’t give it 5 stars due to cleanliness mostly. Road to hotel was incredibly bumpy and uncomfortable.”

“The suite and pools were fantastic. There is a pool option for everyone- beach like zero entry, calm, shallow and kid friendly, lively, swim up bar, etc. No shortage of options. Our Penthouse 2 bedroom corner suite couldn’t have been better. Staff were great and attentive. Kid’s club space and staff was amazing.
