“The check in and check out process was disorganized and extremely long. Staff easily distracted away from their duties. Really really dislikes porters more interested in taking your baggage away from me before check in process began and didn't convey politely what they were doing. First morning required to attend a 90 minute presentation to sell us vacation share. Will not go again.”

“La habitación es hermosa, es una villa con muy buen gusto de decoración y amplia.
El personal es muy amable, siempre ayudando.
En este caso llame al hotel para revisar el tema de que me aceptaran mascota y sí lo hicieron.
La playa no está ahí mismo, tomas un camionsito que te lleva a 10 minutos.”

“We stayed with some family over March break and had a great time. The resort itself is spectacular. As you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff and enter a beautiful lobby that rivals world wide luxury hotels. We booked the unique club and it was well worth the little extra that we paid.
